The challenge was to design and refurbish a tired 1970s extended office block into a high profile law firm office. This included various elements of work throughout the building to comply with the new DDA regulations. The construction of a new lobby and reception area together with a new external canopy needed to provide the client with not only a high specification product but also one that reflected their corporate identity.

The first, second and third floors benefited from the refurbishment with the addition of newly formed meetings rooms with ancillary toilet facilities. The plumbing, electrical and new VRV comfort cooling system, IT, access control and security systems throughout the building provided the client with a turn-key package that met all their needs under one contract.

The contract was awarded on a negotiated basis and completed on a phased structured program to the complete satisfaction of the client.
